Frances is a native Mobilian and a graduate of The University of Alabama with a degree in Marketing.  She serves on various Board Committees and is a Top Producer for LLB&B.  Frances was the 2013 LLS Woman of the Year.   Her favorite pastimes include activities on the water, travelling and spending time with her husband and their two dogs Chip and Webb.
