Electrical updated 4/2022, Kitchen remodeled 2008, master bath 2009, roof 2009. Front porch replaced
(except the roof) 2020. Most of the house painted inside and out in the last 4 years. There is wide molding in
almost all of the downstairs rooms. Plantation shutters in LR/DR/one bedroom. Two bedrooms on the
main floor, the primary bedroom has a bath with a large shower and two walk-in closets. Upstairs two bedrooms
each have a wall of bookcases and cabinets plus walk-in closets. The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower and
double vanity. Hardwood floors throughout the downstairs except 2 baths and laundry. Upstairs has
carpet in the bedrooms and tile in the bath. There is access to the attic from one of the upstairs bedroom
closets. A lot of storage for a Midtown house. Refrigerator & separate Freezer remain, washer & dryer do
not remain. The house is over 7′ off the ground with some of the floor concrete but mostly dirt. The gas grill on
the deck is attached to a gas line and has only been used twice. There is a downstairs toilet under the
house. The front doorbell does NOT WORK and will not be fixed. The attic stairs have to be manually
weighted, at the top, the seller has not been able to get it fixed and will not replace the current one.
The current termite contract is with Terminix and is non-transferable. The listing agent is the seller and is a licensed Realtor in the State of Alabama. Fun Fact; the marble driveway came from the floor of the Immigration Center at McDuffie Island, that was torn down late ’30 early ’40!
